Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on orders.Â
UPS/USPS returns: The item must be damaged or lost on the mail carrier's behalf. Please report any incidents to USPS or UPS within 24 hours. Once the package has left Elevation Beauty headquarters, we are not responsible. For any questions or concerns that you may have after your package has left Elevation Beauty, reach out to the appropriate mail carrier. You will need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, has been damaged, or if you have received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
