SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges accepted, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. Elevation Beauty LLC has the right to refuse any return at any time. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive tracking information sent directly to your email after your shipping label is printed. We then drop your package off at our local mail carrier and once the package has been accepted, you can then check your email for shipping and tracking updates. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow us up to 7 business days (excluding major holidays) to get your order prepped for shipping.

How long does shipping take?

For first-class package shipping with USPS First-Class Mail, please allow 1-5 business days. UPS Ground packages are delivered in 3 days or less. Once you have received a tracking number please reach out to the mail carrier for all shipping and delivery concerns. 

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please take the time to double-check any quantity, shipping, payment, or contact information before submitting your order.

 

DAMAGED GOODS: WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Here at Elevation Beauty we strive to get your package to you in the best condition possible. If for an unforeseen reason this does not occur please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving your package. In this email, please include time-stamped pictures and a brief description. After we review and accept your claim, your replacement will be mailed out within 1-5 business days.  

 

SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS: WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If for any unforeseen reason your package(s) are deemed undeliverable by USPS or UPS your order will be canceled and payment will be refunded to you (the consumer), after all packages are received in great condition by Elevation Beauty LLC. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all orders returned.

If for any unforeseen reason your package(s) was deemed undeliverable by USPS or UPS due to a mistaken address, or any like reason, on your part (the consumer) please follow the next steps.  Once the package(s) are returned to us, Elevation Beauty LLC,  in great condition, you may request reshipping of said order, by way of email, elevationbeautyllc@gmail.com, within 10 business days of the return postage stamp.  The reshipping fee will include postage and repackaging which is to be paid by you (the consumer). After 10 business days of no response, said order will be cancelled.  A new order must be placed to receive a new order shipping confirmation.
